Ordering and payment
You order your AVADO in our shop at shop.ava.do, which runs on Shopify. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
No VAT is charged
The seller, Informacijske storitve Žiga Flis s.p., is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to your order. The price at checkout is the price you pay for the goods, plus shipping.
If you live outside the EU, your country may charge import VAT or duties when the package arrives. The carrier or customs office collects these from you; the amount depends on your country’s rules.
Shipping
We ship AVADO boxes worldwide from Europe. You can check the countries and addresses we ship to in the delivery section of our documentation.
Each box is built and set up with the AVADO software before it ships. Orders are collected throughout the month, so expect your AVADO to arrive about 4 weeks after you order.
Invoices
Need an invoice issued to your company? Email support@ava.do with your order number and the company name, address and VAT number that should appear on the invoice.
